A Leading F&B chain in Kenya implements Loyalty

In one of it’s largest loyalty implementation in F&B sector in East Africa, MiracleCartes along with it’s Hospitality Solutions Partner in Kenya has implemented it’s licensed enterprise Loyalty Platform with one of the leading F&B chain in Nairobi, Kenya.

The PoS Solution of our partner is seamlessly integrated with the Loyalty Platform to issue points and redeem them at the outlets. The Members have an APP where they can check out the different Offers and their points history.

The current implementation is across client’s 70+ outlets. In the first week of Go-Live the client had 4000+ members enrolled in the program. The client expects the number to reach 15,000 soon.

The management of the client is convinced that even though good food and service are critical ingredients for their business, a simple and easy to use Loyalty program goes a long way to build a solid loyal customer base.
